The location was perfect - a 10-minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The private stay was incredibly relaxing, and the hot tub for four was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The property had everything we needed and more, including a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, and thoughtful touches like beach towels for our use. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway

Amazing place to stay with a great view

We really enjoyed our time on Waiheke, and at the Te Whau retreat. The setting is amazing with outlooks over Rocky Bay, the Auckland skyline and watching the ferries come in and out of Kennedy point. We were quite happy basing ourselves here, venturing out during the day time to enjoy the wineries. We found that the spa is a great way to start and wind down our days. Everything as described and as per pictures. Stay Waiheke (Host) was easy communication and provided the information that we needed for the house, without over complicating/communicating things. Perfect.

Wonderful stay at probably one of the best locations on the Island. So private and awesome views. So much better than even the pics showed in the listing, looking straight across the Gulf to the City& SkyTower. The Guest House living space was lovely, modern and clean, and the bed was great too. The spa was an icing on the cake. We loved our 4 night stay and we will be back! Thankyou so much

Such a beautiful property! We loved sitting in the spa looking at the breathtaking views! Just stunning! We took the breakfast option which was also helpful and so good! Such a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful couple of days!! Would definitely recommend and we will book again

Photos did not do this property justice as your first glimpse is a spectacular vista encompassing Auckland City Skyline. The Guesthouse was spacious with plenty of room for a studio. Sunsets across to Auckland CBD were truly majestic with either setting sun or lit up for the night. So peaceful and tranquil, such a lovely pleasant get away. We will be back again as so many vineyards & Restaurants to dine in. Thank you Te Whau Retreat for our fab weekend

Absolutely incredible place to stay - perfect for two and would have been more than comfortable staying for another week! Very accommodating, easy to deal with and I would consider saying a perfect little gem on Waiheke. The perfect size and incredible views over sunset and Auckland City. My partner and I will be staying again in the future for sure.

The Bach was stunning with amazing views. It’s actually better than the photos as it doesn’t show the living area which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Kitchen - has every appliance needed to prepare, cook & eat dinner Living area - lovely L shape sofa with TV and dining table Bed - Lovely, comfortable King Size bed Amazing views and seating outside. Just wish there was a firepit on the deck for cold evenings but overall we loved the stay!!

This is a fantastic spot with an amazing outlook over the Hauraki Gulf. The decor is modern, stylish, and beautifully presented. A very private and relaxing place to take a break.
