Palm Beach

A fabulous holiday home situated on Palm Beach with room plenty of room for the extended family.

Situated on Palm Beach this home is a great base for the family. It can accommodate up to 12 people (a maximum of 8 adults) with three bedrooms in the main house along with a separate sleeping pod with double bunks. The property has two and half bathrooms, comfortable dining and living areas inside, as well as plenty of outside space. It is ideally situated for those wanting to spend time on the beach and it is opposite an all day cafe, and a restaurant at night. It is a flat walk to both beach and cafe and a short drive to vineyards and restaurants.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed plus one set single bunks, Bedroom 4 - two sets king single bunks (4 beds)

Please note: We can accommodate 8 guests in the main house. Rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at Paradise on Palm with a $50 additional fee per person per night. There is an exit cleaning fee of $250 and a complusory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between Christmas to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.

This house was everything we wanted and more! It was just perfect….clean, tidy, lovely linen, comfy living spaces and the gorgeous outdoor area with the beach a few metres away. We had the best time here, we didn’t want to leave. Such a special weekend made even better with this beautiful house
