This picture perfect waterfront accommodation, perched above Takirau and Huruhi Bays takes in the serene views of the Hauraki Gulf and beyond.

A two minute wander down your private track takes you to the waters edge offering safe swimming and a lovely spot to relax in the sun.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas at Palms on Kennedy Point offer plenty of space and encompass the delightful sea views. Bi-fold doors open the home from the lounge and master bedroom to outdoor seating areas. A second seating area with outdoor shower, BBQ and lovely new spa are on the lower level. The garden, with all its Palms trees, has been featured in the infamous Jesse Dean garden Safari.

This Island haven is centrally located close to vineyards, shopping amenities and ferries. Palms on Kennedy Point is the ideal spot for you to enjoy all the Island has to offer and available to book year round.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed. Bedroom 2 - queen bed. Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds.

Please note: A $200 exit cleaning fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay including beach towels.
Minimum stays: 7 Nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. Pets considered upon request and must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Written consent and a $500 bond required for pets. The bond will be charged to the card on file 7 business days prior to arrival and refunded to the card pending the property inspection within 7 days of departure.

Amazing place to stay, especially when you ho with family having kids. They have all amenities you need. The area is quiet and peaceful, beautiful view looking out to the beach, beautiful. even when it's raining. I reckon I got good price for what it offers in this area. 2min drive from my ferry terminal so no worry about being late. Lovely and very responsive host

We stayed at Kennedy Point for our wedding. It was honestly perfect! My parents and I were comfortable the night before and they let us leave bags (and my dress) early which was greatly appreciated. After the small wedding, the balcony proved a perfect place for our families to relax. We had such a special time and this Airbnb contributed hugely to that. Thanks so much for hosting us

Stunning views with a private beach out the back. This was located in the perfect spot to get to any point of the island. We absolutely loved the views, the hot tub, and the full sliding doors in the living room listening to the birds and the waves.

This was a really stunning spot and the house had everything we needed. Spa pool had an epic view and the little beach at the bottom is a treat. The landscaping of the garden and the decking is also wonderful. We loved our stay.

This place is stunning. Perfect for our group. Secluded, if you wanted that or accessible to the sites in Waiheke. Loved the outside shower and spa as well as tha shade of that magnificent Pohutukawa. The bird life was also amazing. Never seen so many Tui.
