Kennedy Point

This beautiful home is located on two levels with the upper level containing the living room, master bedroom with ensuite and one bedroom with a separate bathroom with the lower level comprising a large kitchen diner and another bedroom and bathroom.

The large deck provides plenty of room to relax and take in the views.

Located within walking distance of Kennedy Point Vineyard and Picnic Bay for all-tide swimming.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed

Please note: Minimum stays - 5 nights mid December to early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights all other times. A compulsory exit cleaning fee $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Moana Retreat is not suitable for children under age 12.

All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.

A vehicle is available to hire with this property. Please enquire for rates and availability.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chefs, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

This is hands down one of the most stunning properties we have ever vacationed at. The weather in Waiheke can be fickle, but rain or shine, this is a gorgeous house to stay at. There is a "secret beach" just a 5 minute walk from the house - you can even see it and the pontoon from the balcony! The kitchen is well equipped and the pantry is sufficiently stocked. We felt spoilt for choice with the tea and coffee options. The hosts are super friendly, incredibly responsive and happy to help. I couldn't recommend this house more. Despite being away from the main town, it has everything you need!

communication from the start was brilliant with the hosts, this always makes it easy. The house itself is nothing short of spectacular. Views of the bay from every room and the huge deck at the rear is difficult to leave. The kitchen is massive and really well stocked for any type of cooking. Made it very homely.
