Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $200 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. 

Please Note: there are CCTV cameras in the exterior of this property monitoring the garage area and the driveway. They are operational at all times.
