Beautifully crafted and elegantly furnished you will feel at home from the very moment you walk through the door of this exquisite holiday property. Centered around a sparkling courtyard swimming pool, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home radiates soul with every detail of the design considered. The open plan living/dining area with wood fire and professionally equipped kitchen opens to the spacious deck with outdoor dining/BBQ and sun loungers set around the pool. There are two double bedrooms and and two full bathrooms in the main house with the third double bedroom and third full bathroom in the self contained studio.

From this very convenient location, walk to Oneroa village cafes and shops and a choice of three local beaches or take a short drive to Mudbrick or Cable Bay vineyards for a memorable meal.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Blackpool Boathouse is a premier property in a perfect location to explore the island, relax and forget the world!

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - super king bed, Bedroom 2 - super king bed (can be spit to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - super king bed.

Please note:
A $400 linen/exit cleaning fee applies to each booking. Minimum stays 7 nights Christmas to mid January, 3 nights at holiday weekends and two nights other times. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival. Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing. The swimming pool is heated and the property fully fenced.

We had a wonderful stay at Blackpool Boathouse. The house is well designed and perfectly set up for a family group. It had everything we needed including a really well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the pool and spa, and comfortable beds. We also appreciated our request to accommodate a late check out. Walking distance to Oneroa and Little Oneroa. Highly recommend
