Bach 14 is beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The cottage has been freshly refurbished with stylish furnishings and super comfy beds. The main living area is open plan with slider doors opening onto a partially covered deck with outdoor dining and BBQ area. Three bedrooms and one full bathroom are located in the cottage with the fourth bedroom, 2nd bathroom in the large detached studio. Bach 14 is fully fenced with a lovely flat garden... perfect for kids of all ages!

The close proximity to the village and ferry, beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for Waiheke Island. If you are after a summer beach holiday, attending a wedding or event on the island or looking for a convenient escape from the city with friends, Bach 14 is a great accommodation choice.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - king single bunk bed. Studio: single over queen bunk bed.

Please note: Price is based on 6 guests. There is a $75 fee for each additional guest up to 9 guests per night. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Bach 14. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each stay and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid-December and early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets are considered on application and must be confirmed in writing.

This place has the perfect blend of feeling like it is a million miles from anywhere, while also being a very short walk to a beach and also an easy walk into town. The large garden was perfect for our little Bichon, who loved having so much space to roam. Everything is comfortable from beds to sofas and the provided amenities are excellent, we had everything we needed and more. I do appreciate an AirBnb on a wine island having so many nice wine glasses! Would definitely recommend a stay here and we plan to come back again!

The property is nicely furnished and presented in a beach style. We had plenty of space with the sleep out next door. Great showers, comfy beds and sofas, coffee machine ... A sunny outdoor deck, and large trees provided shelter. A quick walk to the beach, the village and close to a variety of restaurants. Very happy to recommend this property.

We have a fabulous week for a family holiday. The house was great, fully fenced with a huge lawn our little groodle adored and was a hit for lawn games and sunshine. So convenient to walk to town or the beaches would definitely stay again

Had a lovely stay here over a long weekend. The location is great being so close to Oneroa and is easy walking distance to the shops. The house itself was very clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. The location itself was also nice and quiet. The house itself is not huge, but there were only two of us so we had plenty of room, and the property is great for dogs. We had our two dogs and have a fully fenced section made things very easy. Overall a great stay
